Rajiv brings forth vast industry knowledge and over 25 years of leadership experience. He has worked for various Fortune 500 and large Indian companies in the Financial Services, IT, Telecom and Industrial sectors.

Previously, he worked with another Executive Search firm – Hunt Partners where he was leading the Healthcare and Real estate practice as a Partner besides also leading some of the marquee CFO searches.

Prior to Hunt, Rajiv was the Country Sales Director for Fair Isaac (FICO), a leading provider of Analytics and Decision management solutions, managing their operations in India and South Asia region. He successfully set-up key reseller partners for FICO in the Banking and Insurance space, thereby significantly expanding market reach within a short span of time.

Prior to FICO, he was General Manager – Financial Self-Service Business at NCR Corporation. He won the Chairman's Award for securing the largest ATM contract for NCR. Rajiv has also worked with Hutchison Telecom, Owens Corning and Greaves Limited.

Rajiv holds an Engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering and a MBA (Marketing) from FMS, Delhi. He has also attended Executive Management Program at IIM Ahmadabad and various other leadership development and coaching programs.
